For Schools

Bring EduQuest to your students.

Enter your school once and give every student — primary to senior — a place in international academic competitions, with results, certificates and recognition handled for you.

Built for the person running it

Someone at your school has to organise this. Everything below exists to make that job small.

One dashboard for the whole school

Registrations, students, payments and participation live in a single coordinator view — no spreadsheets passed between staff.

Enrol a class in one upload

Download the bulk template, fill in your students, upload once. Logins are generated for every student on the list.

Recognition your students keep

Digital results and official certificates give every participant something to show for the work, not just the top few.

Every grade, one platform

Contests run across Grades 1–12, so primary and senior sections take part under the same school account.

How a season runs

Seven steps, start to finish

From the day you register to the day your school collects its results.

  1. STEP 1

    Register your school

Create a school account with your institution's details. We verify it and activate your coordinator dashboard.

  2. STEP 2

    Add participating students

Add students one at a time, or upload your whole list at once with the bulk registration template. Each student gets their own login.

  3. STEP 3

    Receive contest information

Contest dates, timings, format and instructions reach your coordinator ahead of the contest, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

  4. STEP 4

    Students sit the contest

On the scheduled date, your students take the contest in the format set for it — you supervise, we handle the rest.

  5. STEP 5

    Results are generated

Every paper is marked to one consistent standard, and results are published against each student on your roll.

  6. STEP 6

    Certificates become available

Official participation certificates are issued digitally to every eligible participant, with further recognition for top performers.

  7. STEP 7

Your school receives recognition and data

Your school keeps the full participation record and performance data for the season — and the credit for what your students achieved.

Which schools can take part?

Any school teaching students in Grades 1–12. You register the school once, then enter as many contests in the season as you would like.

How do we enrol our students?

From the coordinator dashboard. Add students individually, or download the bulk registration template, fill in your list and upload it — credentials are generated for each student.

What does it cost?

Each contest sets its own registration fee, shown on that contest's page before you commit. Some contests are free to enter.

How do results and certificates reach us?

Results are published to your school and student accounts once marking is complete, and certificates are issued digitally to every eligible participant.
